For buyers who want to purchase remotely, we send the animal’sshort video, ear tag number and scale ticketBefore deciding you can ask for as many details and extra pictures as you like. Still, if you can, we recommend visiting the farm to see the animal in person; walking the barn gives the best idea.
We deliver with our own livestock trailer. On delivery,the veterinary health report and transport documentare on file. We alsoscale ticket and ear tag number listare handed to you. The vehicle is washed and disinfected after every delivery and a ramp is used for unloading. For deliveries outside the region, the transport fee is agreed separately depending on distance.
Sales are by live weight. The animal goes on the scale,the live weight is read while you are thereand written on the ticket. Since the daily live weight price follows the market, we don’t publish a fixed figure; we give you the current price on the day you call. Bulk purchases are priced separately.
The barn gets busy in peak season; if you are planning a bulk order,reserving your animal a few weeks in advancegives you peace of mind. Licensed butchers carry out the processing at our partner butchery to strict hygiene standards. We note your cutting and packing requests at the start and set the delivery day together.
