At Bluefield Livestock Farm we raise cattle, sheep and goats in our own barns and sell them by live weight. Choosing in the paddock, weighing together on the scale, showing ear tag and vaccination records and documented delivery are standard. We keep a separate section for bulk meat orders.

What You’ll Find at Bluefield
Scale Ticket: The animal goes on the scale, the live weight is read while you are there and you get a duplicate ticket.
Ear Tag and Vaccination Record: The ear tag number, vaccination record and vet check details are shown from the file.
Feed Preparation: Feed is prepared on the farm; the ration and daily intake are written in the log book.
Documented Delivery: The veterinary health report and transport document travel with the animal on delivery.
Bulk Orders Section: Bulk meat orders are handled in a separate section and the processing day is set in advance.
Animal Reservation and Butchery Arrangement
We use a separate part of the barn for customers placing bulk meat orders. At Bluefield Livestock Farm, in this section we keepanimals of the right age and conditionseparately.
