We weighed it together and they handed me the ticket
I went to the farm for a young bull to fatten. The barn was tidy and I watched the animals moving freely in the paddock. They put the one I liked on the scale, I read the live weight myself and got a duplicate ticket with the ear tag number on it. They delivered with their own trailer and used a ramp to unload. The paperwork was complete and everything went smoothly.

When we went to buy lambs, what I liked most was that everything I asked about was on record. They showed the arrival date, vaccinations and feed ration from the file.
